Tabata Bootcamp

This amazing, non-stop, never get bored workout is becoming a very popular fitness experience. Developed by Izumi Tabata at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports in Tokyo, Japan, the Tabata™ formula will push you through 20-second intervals of high intensity cardio/strength exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, just enough to catch your breath and wipe your brow.
