Aquafit (Shallow)
Aquafit Shallow is an alternative to land exercise and is a great cross training tool to improve overall health and fitness performance. Exercises include jogging, cross-country ski, vertical flutter kick, various arm movements and patterns. Use the water to your advantage for personal intensity levels.
