Aquafit (All Access) - Mid Depth
A water workout that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, flexibility and strength building exercises.
Aquafit aids in the development of cardiovascular and respiratory fitness, while providing multiple benefits toward achieving greater overall health. Aquafit enables participants to work at their own pace and ability level as part of the group. Proper bathing attire is required. All classes are co-ed unless otherwise indicated. Participants are advised to consult a doctor before enrolling in any aquafit program.
