Total Body is our answer to your at home resistance training needs! With no equipment required, this full body workout will get you sweating and your muscles working wherever you are. Get ready to lunge, squat, plank and so much more because minimal equipment does not mean you're getting off easy and working out at home does not mean you need to sacrifice your goals.

Please note: there may be options provided to use equipment for some exercises. If you have resistance bands or dumbbells keep them near by. You may also use water bottles or other household items as weight where applicable.
