Stretch n Roll
Stretch and Roll is a 30-minute recovery class to stretch and roll out sore and tired muscles. This combination of guided stretching and self myo-fascial release using a foam roller is formulated to help increase flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, enhance recovery and performance and reduce injury.
