Training Philosophy:

I have been involved in fitness and sport for a majority of my life and I am looking to utilize what I have learned to help others reach their goals whatever they may be. I am passionate about hockey and bodybuilding and I am always trying to learn and better myself each day. I feel by with will and determination anything is possible!
