Sofia P

Sofia has been instructing Pilates and Yoga for the past 10 years. She teaches at various gyms, country clubs, colleges and schools in the Toronto, Markham and Richmond Hill area. She has also taught Pilates at the National and Provincial Junior Trampoline Conferences.  Her certifications include Pilates Method from the Physical Mind & Body Institute, Pilates from Body Harmonics, Yoga and Yoga Exercise from East to West Yoga and Adult Ballet from the London School of Dance. 

She welcomes all levels of fitness and all ages into her classes. Her mission as an instructor is to ensure that everyone who takes her class walks out feeling happier and healthier than when they first came in.
