Miguel P

Miguel is both a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at TPASC. He loves to put his participants through tough work outs to help build physical and mental strength. He has a degree from the University of Toronto in Studio Arts, and when he is not teaching, he can be found engrossed in his second passion, art. Miguel is a Toronto-based illustrator and muralist who specialize in a dynamic airbrushing style. With his experience and educational base, you can be confident that his simple, yet effective programs will help you achieve lasting results.
