Melissa D

Melissa is a firm believer in the importance of physical activity, not just for the body, but also for the mind.  As a mental health therapist and a provider of psychotherapy, Melissa continuously encourages participants to take the time to care for themselves and ultimately to find enjoyment in their exercise regime. 

Melissa strives to promote a healthy body image and positive self-esteem.  Her classes are fun, energetic and upbeat; they provide participants with the opportunity to foster social relationships and to also let loose and enjoy themselves while reaping the effects of a workout.
