I have a passion to move and to make a positive impact on both my life and the lives of others. Juggling being a mom to three, a wife, and a business owner, I discovered the transformative power of yoga philosophy. This realization resonated with me physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Now, yoga is my indispensable toolkit for maintaining calm, strength, and managing life effectively. 
Transitioning into the role of a fitness instructor has provided me with the opportunity to share the insights I have learned through my practice. Through teaching, my goal is to support others to become physically and emotionally strong, promoting happiness, health, less-stressful living, and a deep sense of relaxation.
