Linda Ling is a certified Tai Chi instructor and official judge. Some of her students have previously obtained Gold / Sliver Medals at various Tai Chi championships in Toronto.

Tai Chi is not simply a form of exercise or martial arts. It is a living philosophy, exercise for body–mind harmony. When we practice Tai Chi; we increase our life’s energy which is called “Chi”. “Chi” is energy, vitality and power. When we learn to work within this inner power on a daily basis, our body becomes stronger, more balanced, flexible and coordinated and we live longer with greater joy and fulfillment. We shield ourselves from disease, illness and the mind becomes clear and the spirit calm. Having taught for more than 10 years, I have seen how my students have obtained many different benefits due to their practice of Tai Chi and Chigong
