A friend invited me to try yoga. The profound effects on my body and emotional state that day were remarkable. I remember I felt so good and relaxed at the end of the class. Since our lives can become burdened with deadlines and a sense of rush/urgency, the resulting stress can be overwhelming. My desire to find a place of inner peace, calm and relaxation has drawn me to the yoga practice. Since 2010, I experienced first-hand the benefits to the mind and physical body after every yoga session. The intention to maintain a healthy lifestyle has led me to complete 250 hours of yoga teacher training in 2013.

For more than ten years now, I have taught various styles of yoga for all levels, including beginner, intermediate and advanced. My focus is providing a safe environment to learn the postures or asanas and simultaneously have fun. I am a lifelong learner, avid reader and listener of health/wellness topics and yoga anatomy. It inspires me to share my love and passion for this ancient practice by using effective yoga breathing techniques and proper alignment of yoga poses.
