Helping others was simply a natural knack to my well being growing up. Was always considered a leader and knowledgeable all throughout my elementary, middle school, and high school years. Being team captain for sports teams and being picked first for competitive games. But that love and passion for helping others physically and mentally first came to fruition back in high school in Phys Ed and Kinesiology class. I tended to a classmate that was struggling with exercises and their confidence in the weight room and with the knowledge and wisdom attained from my kinesiology course, I helped him correct and execute each exercise properly and my classmate never looked back from that day. Those high school years in Kinesiology and Phys Ed class were the deciding factors to get my foot in the Health, Wellness and Fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer. With over a decade of experience in this field, it gives me great gratitude, joy, and satisfaction to help people move well, feel better and strong within their bodies, educate, and motivate in ways that I can reach and resonate with people at whatever fitness levels they may be at. I love what I do and love to see my clients reach their goals as they continue with their fitness journeys. Health, wellness and fitness is essential to one’s life and I will continue to be that fitness expert to keep pushing that health agenda to the masses.
