My approach to movement is to invite self inquiry. To notice, observe and appreciate the experience and allow that to guide you so your movement becomes intuitive and visceral. I started practicing yoga in 2007 when I worked in a high stress corporate environment. It was a way to destress from the day and keep physical activity as a part of my daily life. I did my first yoga instructor training in 2018 to expand my practice. It was an incredible experience and I decided I wanted to teach after that, and I have continued to build on this knowledge ever since.
