Who owns the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre?

A legacy of the 2015 Toronto Pan Am and Parapan Am Games, Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre is operated by a corporation co-owned by the City of Toronto and the University of Toronto.

How much is parking? How long can I park for?

The Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre has two parking lots, the North lot and South lot. Complimentary parking is provided in both lots for a maximum of two hours per visit. If you exceed the two hours, you will be charged a fee depending on the time of day. For a breakdown of parking charges, please visit this page.

How much is a membership?

What are your drop-in fees?

If the program is operated by the City of Toronto then these are the drop-in fees.

If it is operated by Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre then these are the fee options

What are the facility hours? When is the fitness centre open?

The Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre is open from 5:00am to midnight, seven (7) days a week. The Fitness Centre Hours are from 5:00 am - 11:30 pm (Weekdays) | 6:00 am - 11:30 pm (Weekends). We run on a holiday schedule on the following holidays from 8:00am - 4:00pm. On all holidays program areas operate from 8:30am - 3:30pm:

How do I reserve a spot in a class program?

For many programs you can reserve a spot using our self service portal. Some programs are completely drop in and do not have spots available to reserve.

Is the facility accessible?

Yes, the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre is fully accessible and meets the highest AODA accessibility standards.

Is there a place to buy food at the facility?

Our food court features a Tim Hortons, Pizza Pizza and an exclusive Pool Sides Bar & Grille. Across from the food court we also have Booster Juice. For restaurant hours, please visit this page.

Do you offer rentals at your facility? How can I submit an inquiry?

Yes, we do provide rentals at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre, however all rentals are subject to availability. To submit an inquiry, please visit this page.

Do you provide towel/locker service?

TPASC offers its members towel service for a supplementary service fee. Members are offered two types of service: daily towel service or monthly service. Locker rentals are also available for daily or monthly use, daily use is free for all members. For pricing, please visit this page.

Where is the lost and found?

Any found items will be turned into one of our two lost and founds, sports and recreation desk on level one or the customer service desk on level two. Any small, returned items or items that may have significant value (i.e., cell phones, wallets, etc.) will be stored in a locked area at the customer services desk. Unclaimed clothing, towels, or personal items will be donated or discarded after one week. Due to hygienic and safety controls socks, underwear and bathing suits are disposed of immediately.

Is there WI-FI in the facility?

Yes, there is public Wi-Fi throughout the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. Please visit the customer service desk for login credentials.

Do you have swimming lessons?

A variety of lessons at the Toronto Pan Am Centre including swimming lessons. If you’d like more information, we recommend contacting the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation registration line directly at 416-396-7378 or visiting toronto.ca/rec. You will be able to register over the phone or online.

How can I cancel my membership?

Please use the following link https://www.tpasc.ca/membership-cancellation-form to request your membership to be cancelled. Once Customer Service receives the completed form, they will process the cancellation and send out a confirmation email. Please note that there may be a penalty of $99 plus tax if the annual term of the membership is not completed. To confirm, you can reach out to Customer Service.

Am I able to put a hold on my membership?

If you have an annual membership, you are able to put your membership on hold up to six (6) months. if you would like to place your membership on hold, please use the following link https://www.tpasc.ca/membership-freeze-extension  to request the hold.  If the hold is for non-medical reasons, there will be a fee of $10/month. If a medical hold is requested, a medical note needs to be presented to Customer Service.  For more questions, please reach out to Customer Service
