East Parking Lot Photos

We know the closure of the South Lot and the move to the temporary East Lot has had some challenges. We appreciate your patience and we are working on improving parking at the Centre.

East Lot

  • Security at the East Lot during event weekends to assist with drivers.

  • Repairing potholes and other areas of the surface as required. This has proved especially difficult with the mild winter, but we are working to keep it in good repair.

North Lot - Permit Only Test

  • On February 11th, we will be testing a possible change to our lots. During the swim meet the North lot will be limited to Monthly Permit Holders and Staff. Event visitors and users without a permit will be directed towards the East Lot and UTSC lots. There will be additional signage to help direct drivers.

East Entrance Drop Off

  • Parking enforcement in the fire route and 15-minute parking at the East Entrance drop off area. Cars parked longer than 15 minutes will be ticketed.

How can you help?

  • Although there are no lines in the East Parking Lot, parking in the middle of the bollards will allow the maximum number of vehicles in the lot. Do not park in fire routes or non-parking spots. You will be ticketed/towed

Paying or validating for parking before leaving the facility will avoid lineups at the exit gate

WEEKEND PARKING RATE INCREASE

On March 12024Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am, and the Saturday/Sunday all day parking rate will increase to $6.05. The first two hours of your stay will continue to be complimentary.

PAN AM DRIVE ROAD CLOSURE STARTING FEBRUARY 23

Road Closure Map

To prepare for the development of the new SAMIH building and the UTSC Retail and Parking Commons, several changes will be taking place on the UTSC North campus, which may impact the day-to-day activities, operations and facility use for users of the Centre.

PAN AM DRIVE ROAD CLOSURE

Part of Pan Am drive will be closed off as of February 23, 2024 for the development of the UTSC Retail and Parking Commons. The Pan Am drive road closure will begin at the southeast corner of TPASC and end at parking lot G.

What does this mean when visiting TPASC?

The traffic along Pan Am Drive will be less as all parking traffic for the UTSC campus will need to us Military Trail to access UTSC parking lots.

What does this mean for events?

Access to the UTSC parking lots will only be via Military Trail. When the TPASC lots are full, this will require users to exit to Morningside Ave and go to Military Trail to access the UTSC overflow lots.

PUBLIC TRANSIT

The current Military Trail bus stop will remain where it is, no relocation will be required.
