About TPASC (Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre)

Welcome to TPASC, where community meets excellence. Nestled in the heart of Scarborough, Toronto, the Centre is co-owned by the City of Toronto and the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, and operated by TPASC Inc.

Since opening in September 2014, TPASC has served as a world-class home for elite athletes and community members alike. Designed for the 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games, the facility is built not just for competition, but for life... for every age, every background and every level of performance.

At TPASC, you’ll find the fastest pool in Canada, the home court of the Scarborough Shooting Stars of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL), and the offices of several National and Provincial Sport Organizations, including the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO), Wheelchair Basketball Canada, and Judo Ontario, to name a few. Every day, the same walls that have hosted world-class athletes also welcome newcomers to wellness through health, movement, and belonging.

Our mission is simple: to connect and empower people through sport, health and shared experience. From high-performance training to drop-in recreation, from student athletes to first-time swimmers. Here, every story matters and every journey has a place.
