Group Fitness Class
This is a 30-minute core conditioning class designed to work the entire core musculature and help develop core stability and strength. During the class, you will be guided through a series of exercises to strengthen the abdominal, back, hip and glute muscles so that the body becomes stronger and more efficient in everything you do.
Additional fees apply without Membership (Included with TPASC or UTSC Membership)
