Your instructor will teach you how to engage your core muslces to improve your balance. Whether you are training for a particular sport, injury prevention or want to challenge yourself, this fun class is for you. You will be taken through exercises on the BOSU, stability balls, resistance aids and more.
This course is an Instructional Class with the next session beginning January 2017. Attending individual dates is not available and pre-registration must take place to be enrolled in the course
