Gentle Yoga

This class is structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Appropriate for all levels, especially beginners and anyone with injuries or limitations, Gentle Yoga is a great way to begin your yoga practice. Using various yoga props, participants are guided through a slower paced class, focusing on stretching all areas of the body to release stress and tension.
