Pilates cured my own back and joint pain so it was a sincere career choice. It is truly a balancing and important core strengthening workout.

As I became familiar with the anatomy of my body, learned good form and the muscles that stabilize each movement, I became committed to the benefits of Pilates. I watched the progression clients made away from pain, improving their posture; proof that Pilates is therapeutic strengthening.

I have been teaching Pilates for 18years now in gyms, studios, physio clinics, clubs, community centres and universities in St John's, Halifax, Ottawa and Toronto in large and small classes, to old and young with all levels of ability, making conscious control fun and safe. Integrating my experience with yoga, skating and meditation comes naturally to every class.
