Marianne D

Marianne is no new-comer to the world of health and fitness. With over 20 years’ experience, Marianne has produced her own Stretch CD as well as directed fitness at various corporations and private clubs. She is currently a personal trainer and group fitness instructor at TPASC. She continues to expand her knowledge and keep up to date in the field, sharing new information with her clients/participants. She has experience training those with heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, Parkinson’s, osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, low back pain and musculoskeletal injuries. Marianne lives an active lifestyle, and when she isn’t in the gym, you can find her on horseback, as she enjoys trail riding in her spare time.
