Certifications/Achievements

Lynda is certified through Can-Fit-Pro as a Fitness Instructor and through Schwinn and Reebok for her Cycling certification. She also has First Aid and CPR Training. Lynda continually attends workshops and conferences staying current in the fitness industry. She feels that it is important to keep her classes fresh and exciting while encouraging members of all levels to participate!

Philosophy

My personal passion and zest is for group fitness. I love to motivate participants to achieve their health and fitness goals. My goal for my classes is to keep them fresh, challenging and safe for all participants. I want to give the members exposure to quality classes with lots of variety!
